This is a palette of 10 neutral matte shadows plus one grey eyeliner.

Stila Smudge Stick Waterproof Eyeliner in Halfmoon

While this palette does not get much publicity, it is a great matte palette.  It contains a great range of neutral shades, both cool and warm tones, and the pigmentation is really good.  These colors can be used all over the lid, to deepen the crease, as liner or as a blending color.  

My two favorite shades are clay and rain.  I like to wear clay all over the lid and rain in the crease and outer corner for an everyday neutral eye.

My one issue is the eyeliner. The mechanism to turn the liner is not very good.  It takes a lot to wind up the liner.  The pigmentation is great though.

If you are looking for an all matte palette, definitely check this one out.
